An excellent stay - wonderful service from check in, house keeping and concierge staff In particular, housekeeping staff (Navanee) attended to our family needs very well during our stay - fast response & attention to details Good room size and amenities with modern touches.

Vamshi (Runner) is very good and helping us a lot. Fairmont should have a lot of people like him Shwe Sin (Housekeeping) is also very nice and do her job perfectly. I will recommend her as an employee of the star Other employees, such as concierge staff, room service staff, prego breakfast staff and head, parking staff and also old uncle that stand every time in the entrance are very good people. I am sorry, I can’t remember their name. As you know, I just finished my surgery on my hips and need a lot of help and they are very helpful and provide me every items that I need. Every staff like them, makes me feel to comeback and stay again in your hotel. Thumbs up

I received the most outstanding service during my stay here at the Fairmont Singapore. The room is the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed at. And the cleanliness and housekeeping standard is maintained every day without fail. The front desk staff and bell boy / receptionist are also all top notch. Standout service kudos to the housekeeping staff named Yang Chao. Christina !! Thank you for your service!! Besides that, the view outside my room is unbeatable :) there is no place quite like Fairmont in Singapore!!

Everyone who could provide excellent service literally rolled out their best means to make our stay more comfortable. My husband was attending a professional meeting while I spent my time working on watercolors. While I'd contracted a tummy virus en route to Singapore, the staff brought a plate of beautifully arranged fruit and seriously steeped tea to a lobby room where I recovered. Room service accommodated our schedule ,which was erratic due to jet lag. We'd stayed in Singapore before but this trip was made unusually lovely in part because of this great hotel.
